Terms of Service
The plain-English terms of working with us
We keep this readable on purpose. These terms cover how our services, billing, ownership, and website integration work. Last updated August 11, 2026.
Version 1.2 · effective August 11, 2026 · version history
1. Who we are
Azuvyn is the brand name of Florida AI Partners, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We run the digital side of your business — your website, your phone and chat, your reviews, your marketing, and front- and back-office automation. "We," "us," and "our" mean Azuvyn (Florida AI Partners, LLC); "you" means the business that engages us.
2. Our services work within our ecosystem
Our services are designed to work within the Azuvyn ecosystem. Many of them — for example our website assistant (which uses AI), web-form lead replies, on-page SEO, on-site analytics, and live social feeds — plug into your website. The smoothest, most reliable setup is hosting your website with us on a Care Plan, because we control the environment end to end.
If your website is hosted elsewhere, we'll still work with you wherever we can — but some implementation will fall to you or your web provider (for example, adding our code snippet, wiring your forms to us, or granting access), additional complexities may arise from your platform, and we cannot fully own, guarantee, or maintain anything we do not host. Where a service requires changes to a site we don't control, we'll scope that integration up front, and a one-time integration fee and/or adjusted pricing may apply.
3. You own your site, your content, and your data
What's yours stays yours — your website, your content, your customers, and your data. We organize it and put it to work for you, but we don't hold it hostage. There's no long-term lock-in: if you ever leave, you take your things with you. We may use anonymized, aggregated learnings to improve our services, and we may reference that we worked with you unless you ask us not to.
4. Website custody & "bring your own site"
You're never required to host your website with us to buy a service. But for services that integrate with a website we don't host, you are responsible for the access and changes we need on your end, and we are not responsible for issues caused by your hosting, platform, or third-party tools. The cleanest path — and the one we recommend — is to transfer your site to us on a Care Plan, which removes this friction.
5. Billing & payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charges described at checkout.
One-time website build fees are billed up front (the Ascend tier is a 50% deposit to start, with the balance billed at launch). One-time add-ons (e.g., a brand kit) are billed on your first invoice.
Monthly services and Care Plans are automatically renewing subscriptions. They renew and bill to your card on file each month until you cancel. When you sign up online, we ask for your separate, clear consent to these auto-renewal terms before any charge — and we show you the amount, that it renews each month, and how to cancel.
Once a year, we'll send you a reminder. It restates what you're subscribed to, the price, that it renews monthly, and how to cancel — so a renewal is never a surprise.
Some services include fair-use limits or metered components (e.g., call minutes, text messages, ad spend, additional locations). Usage beyond what's included, and third-party costs like ad spend, are passed through or billed separately as described for that service.
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins.
Changes to your subscription price. If we ever change the price of a subscription you're on, we'll tell you in advance — at least 30 days before the new price takes effect — by email, including the new price and how to cancel before then if you'd rather not continue. The change only applies to charges on or after that date.
Referral credits. If you refer another business and they become a paying client, you can earn a monthly credit on your own bill — 10% of what that referred business pays, taken off your bill each month they stay a paying client, up to a maximum of 50% off your own bill. A referral only earns while the business you referred is an active, paying client; if they cancel, that portion of your credit ends and your bill returns toward its normal amount. Because a referral credit changes the amount we charge you each month, we'll always show your current credit and bill in your dashboard, and the same advance-notice terms above apply to any change. Referral credits have no cash value, can't be combined in ways that reduce your bill below zero, and are void where prohibited or where we find abuse (for example, referring yourself or a business you control).
6. Cancellation
Recurring services are month-to-month — no long-term contract. If you signed up online, you can cancel online, the same simple way: visit azuvyn.com/cancel, enter your email, and confirm the secure link we send you — no phone call required. You can also email hello@azuvyn.com or call us and we'll cancel it for you. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period (we don't pro-rate partial months). One-time build fees and deposits already incurred are non-refundable once work has started — but you keep the work. When you cancel, you keep your website, content, and data: we export it to you free, and a flat $150 fee applies only if you ask us to perform a full migration to a new host. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Our 30-day promise. If a recurring service isn't delivering in its first 30 days, tell your account manager and we'll make it right or refund that month's fee. Costs we've already paid on your behalf — ad spend, text messages, and call minutes — aren't refundable once spent.
7. What we promise — and what we don't
We deliver our work with real care and to a professional standard. But we can't guarantee specific outcomes — like a particular Google ranking, number of leads, or amount of revenue — because those depend on factors outside our control, including third-party platforms (Google, Meta, telephone carriers, and others) and your own market. Our services are provided "as is," and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question over the prior month. If you have signed a separate written services agreement with us, that agreement controls over these terms wherever they differ — including its limitation of liability.
8. Your responsibilities & acceptable use
You're responsible for giving us accurate business information and the access we need, and for using our services lawfully. Some services have rules we both must follow — for example, we never gate or buy reviews (against Google and FTC rules), and text/email marketing requires proper consent (CAN-SPAM, A2P/10DLC). You're responsible for the legal compliance of the content and customer data you provide.
9. Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, Azuvyn may send you text messages — replies about your request, appointment reminders, and, if you asked for them, offers and news. Consent is never required to buy anything from us. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The full program terms are our SMS Terms, and how we handle the data is in our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, and your mobile information will never be sold.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services and the law evolve. Every version we publish keeps its own version number and effective date, and stays readable permanently in our version history — so you can always check exactly what applied at any point in time.
If you have signed a services agreement with us. A change applies to you only going forward, and only after we give you at least 30 days' written notice of the new version. Until that notice period ends, the version named in your agreement is the one that governs — we don't change the deal you signed by editing this page. If you don't want to accept a material change, you can cancel the affected services before it takes effect, at no penalty.
If you haven't signed an agreement with us. The current version applies to your use of our website and services, and continuing to use them after we post a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Questions about anything here? Reach us at hello@azuvyn.com or (561) 566-6996 — we're happy to walk through any of it before you sign up.
